This clip starts where part1 ended. Japanese college student Hiroko is still held captive in a strange room.
She is securely tied with many ropes, to sit on the floor cross-legged. Her wrists are anchored to her ankles with ropes over her shoulder, she is to bend. Her mouth is stuffed with some strips of cloth, cleaved with another cloth gag. She moans behind gag and struggles.
Then her captor comes near to her, takes her cleave gag off, covered her mouth with industrial duct tape. She moans louder behind tape-gag and struggles to escape but they are all useless.
