In this part4 Hiroko is finally hogtied on the floor. Her mouth is stuffed with a big ball again, and a wide rubber belt is strapped tightly behind her head.
She moans helplessly on the floor in an uncomfortable position, soon starts drooling behind the gag.
Then her captor approached her again, pulls her nose with an evil hook. Hiroko feels so scared and embarrassed when she pulled her lovely nose, moans, and whimpers sweetly, shaking her head, begging him to let her go. But he doesn't stop it, he continues to enjoy hearing her whimpers and watching her helpless looking on her face.
