ハロウィンの夜に魔女のコスプレ姿でパーティーに出掛けた花音。
街角で怪しい男に囚われ見知らぬ部屋で拘束されてしまう。
ラストのPart4ではホグタイに緊縛された花音がベッドのフレームに身動きできないように拘束される。
さらに怪しい男にフックで鼻を吊り上げられ、惨めにヨダレを垂らしながら花音は羞恥のうめき声を漏らす。
